What type of mousepad do you have?

My dad's birthday is coming up and requested a new mousepad. I like using the ergonomic kind but I'm not sure if he does, so I bought him the flat kind as well. He used to be a truck driver, so I found one that has a semi on it and I am sure he'll love it. The flat one has some old vehicles on it and he'll be happy with that too.

I've used the same lump of glass (pictured below) for the last 20 years. It doesn't wear and it allows me to point at any individual pixel on a 7680 pixel wide desktop without moving my mouse more than 2½ inches. I've never found anything that comes close to it.

I use SteelSeries with the Cloth Edge edition, which lasts longer

The large size, so that I have a keyboard and mouse on it 😉 On my OAK desk

At the moment I currently use a basic mousepad that came with my PC when I first got it. I have been using it for over 5 years now and it has never given me any issues which I am pleased about.

I would love to get a larger mouse mat though, my son has one that he uses with his PC and he games a lot. He is able to have his mouse and his keyboard on it and it has LED lights around the edges which looks really cool.

Why though, It's just pointless I rather spend more on the fabric then lights
It's something he wanted for his gaming set up being it is in his bedroom. He tends to have the main light out and the LED lights on his PC, desk and also his mouse mat are all he has on at the time.

The mouse mat is great quality though and he is very happy with it, he does a lot of PC gaming, especially on games such as Overwatch and Fortnite and the grip an the material is great for that.

I personally love my Logitech large cloth mousepad. Thinking about getting a wireless mouse with the powerplay mousepad, which keeps your mouse charged without any issues. Definitely not a big fan of the hard mousepads, so definitely recommend the cloths.
