Your Sites Birthday

USed to have threads that can be posted or PMs that would say cool Happy Birthday. But most people aren't fussed about it. I keep it low key and only say it real load if they wanted to be shared.
I’m not asking about your users birthday, I’m taking about the websites birthday.
This past year we actually forgot the birthday/anniversary of Christianity Haven until it was passed a few days LOL Ooops. I used to have a calendar when we used VBulletin to remind me but we didn't install one on CH so oh well. I guess I could always create an account using the anniversary birth date and when the daily birthday pops up one of our Mods would catch it and make a thread. We have a staff member who is good at wishing members happy birthday so that could work.

Eh not really. Mine is juat a year old but the first year anniversary was quiet so idk.

I started my forum April 21, 2020. It’s going on 18 months. Since I’m not into tech, the most I do is send out a mass email as well as post on my forum that it’s an anniversary. It’s also a way to ‘remind’ people they are a member lol Sometimes they come back as I have had many people say on various forums, Oh, I forgot I was a member!

We just change our plain Yak logo to a Yak wearing a birthday hat and streamers. We also make an announcement birthday thread.

This past July 4th, we turned 5 years old.
Makes you think how much money you spent 😛

Up-and-Coming Sensation
The last few at my Transformers message board have been pretty low key due to the 20th coming up next year, however; in the past I've done special or extra themes, custom wallpapers (In multiple sizes and size upon request) as special extras. As well as the routine announcement thread and e-0mailing all members of course.
Speaking of which it's my film forum's first anniversary at the end of this November, but I think that will be low-key also.

Our forum's birthday is August 1, and it turned 16 this year (launching in 2005)! Every year we have a special month-long celebration with new skins, activities, and other goodies to help celebrate our milestone. This past August we had our first animated background with music that rotates weekly on our main page! 🙂

My blog was started on January 5th, 2019, so it will be 3 this coming January. I've been thinking about what I can do for my blog.
My forum was started on April 25th, 2021. I haven't done anything for my forum since it's not even a year old yet.

Historically I have never really done anything in celebration of Serene Distraction's birthday. Moving forward though I would love to hold like a giveaway of some sort as a thank you to our members. (April 16, 2005)
2005?! I was a sophomore in high school at the time.
