I don't see how you could pursue legal action, beings that most people can make that same kinda graphic in less than 5 minutes. I doubt you will actually get legal attention towards this. Best of luck with your journey though.

That theme looks awfully similar to the one on http://www.ForumAdvertiser.com, doesn't it?

This is FA's category header: http://forumadvertiser.com/styles/Forum ... header.jpg

This is his category header: http://islandforum.net/images/island/thead.gif

You can literally copy his, and place it right over the one on FA, and it'll fit in perfectly. Notice how both are 35 pixels high too!

Also, notice the bottom of the last board in each category:

A theme can't be called custom if you've ripped off from another design.

*gasp* The people using my old domains are now in a battle royal. The original forums using these domains were considered to be "sister forums."
Guess the family has gone dysfunctional now. :rofl:

We're not in a 'battle royal', nor do I want to be in one with Daniel. I am just disappointed at the fact that he calls his theme custom, when clearly, he just copied off from FA's design. You all know it's true, yet you continue to praise him about the theme, which is baffling.

The only thing I find similar is the green bars. I could make an exact replica in photoshop right now. Nothing really worth mentioning in my opinion. Seems kinda petty.

There's nothing similar about it except for the thead and tfoot image. The rest are totally different.

Nice site! Not a fan of the theme though but I'm sure the theme isn't what makes the forum cool.

Not that this is any of my buisness but I thought I'd express my opinion anyways.
I wouldn't doubt they are the same exact images grabbed from your site, but really this just something minor. Something similar could be found across thousands of forums as they are easy to make and look pretty standard. There is nothing special or unique about them and they aren't worth fighting for. I understand your anger but this is very petty and if your mission (by posting this "evidence" in his public threads) is to expose Daniel and make him look bad, I think you are having the opposite effect. This is just drawing negative attention to yourself. Give it up and move on.

P.S. This is Flaming.

As Theezy just said, it is similar to yours in maybe 2 ways which can be easily replicated. If you look at Phpbb, there are tons of themes that look and use the same style as others. Even Christian, the creator of your style, uses the same technique on his themes that he used on yours.

Now lets leave this thread free of flaming. The next to flame after this post will get an official board warning. Chill out and just enjoy the forum 😎
