To tell you the truth it will never be the best forum on the internet. That takes a whole lot of money and skill to make it the best of the best.
on forumotion this is the best theme you can probably get im actually planning on moving to vbulletin soon once i get 7000 posts

Forumotion is worse than vB and phpBB is really good, although if you have money to spend and want paid, get IPB, that is really good.
