Your thoughts on Homosexuality?

People also lie on surveys all the time, for fear that they will be leaked. I know I have

Wow this thread is long, so I apologize if my response is meaningless, haha.
I dont think you can turn your sexual preference on and off. I do think that maybe personal experiences can influence your attractiveness to a certain sex, or open your curiosity, but you will never change your natural born preference completely. Some people are born straight, some gay and obviously lots of variations in between. Im not being forced to join them in the bedroom so what do I care what floats their boat?
It doesn't bother me to see people of any gender combination, showing affection in public, just glad they are living life the way they want.
It also wouldn't bother me if a woman hit on me, even though Im straight. Its nice to know I still got it going on. 😉

Homosexuality? I've got no problem with it. Let them be, but keep the sacrament of marriage between a man and a woman. Gay marriage is completely wrong, and that may be a contradiction, but that's my belief as a Catholic.

I have nothing against homosexual.. in fact they all the same to me as everyone else I talk to..

I'd like to hear what actually makes you think that. You can't say you have no problem with it if you're then going to go on and say marriage in them is completely wrong.

I'm not straight myself.. So does that mean I can't get married?

I'm very biased when it comes to this.

I believe only females should be allowed to be a couple, while when it come to gay guys, I think it's wrong. Don't get me wrong, I've had some gay [guy] friends..but I just think it's weird and wrong.

That's ridiciulous. What do you mean " allowed " to be a couple? Are you suggesting we arrest all gay couples? Some of the shit posted on this topic is absolutely baffling.

I in no way said arrest them all.

That is crazy Grievous, you can't have one rule for one gay couple and one for another based on gender come on !

Then explain to me what the hell " not allowed to be a couple " means.

I just think it's wrong for guys to be together in the form of a relationship. That does NOT mean throw them in jail if they date, or that they're horrible people if they do so. This is merely the opinion of someone who is very corrupted, so to speak.

I don't like looking at gay people kissing or holding hands either, I do also find it disgusting, but they deserve the same rights as everyone else.
Your statement " Not allowed to be a couple " is what set me and birdy off.

Irvding,

My comment about gays shouldn't be together was absurd, and coming from me, it was really stupid. Truth is, I am bi. (hence why I flirt with Snobo)

My views on all these subjects are corrupted and half one thing half another. Everyone, gay/lesbian/bi should be able to date whoever they want, without criticism.

As sad as it is, that's the way this world is. They see gays/lesbians and immediately think "it's a sin". Let them think that, because they are wrong. Maybe back in the old days it was a sin, but this isn't the old days.

I apologize for the comments I made in my previous posts.

I find it almost quite sad to see people saying they think it's disgusting for homosexual's to kiss and share something.

What a sad and prejudice world we seem to live in.

*Brings up old thread*

I am a Catholic. That being said, I do support homosexuality as much as I support heterosexuality. It should be a basic human right to be with whoever you want to be with, no matter the gender.

I have no problem with gays. Much more important things to worry about anyways. Although what does annoy me is how gay rights advocates chant "marriage equality for all" knowing full well that they're only talking about themselves. If your for marriage equality for all, then why not incorporate polygamy into your message, and every other sexual partnership that deviates from the norm.
