your thoughts on this banner

Well to be honest, i think the background colors interrupt the view. Design is amazing, but i think the background can be changed.
 
What do you reckon? Because its a birthday banner and what else can be the bg? i want it to be birthday like.
 
I'd make it a .png, transparent background and maybe don't hove the streamers ending bluntly?
 
Would have to see it in use (or firebug it) for me to judge it. And what MissTake said. Make it a png.

Try reducing the opacity of background. And as MissTake said, make it a PNG. Other than that, the design was great.
 
I think it does the job and looks really good. But it's very 'busy' and a little difficult to look at.
 
Make it transparent (change to a .png in the process) and also the main font saying advertise hotspot should be changed as well to a different font, other than that it's pretty good 🙂
 
I think the background is a bit distracting and messy, and the text looks a bit flat. I think the text could be organized/placed better too 😉
