Your views on Multi Level Marketing Affiliate Programs?

Multi-level marketing (MLM) is a marketing strategy in which the sales force is compensated not only for sales they personally generate, but also for the sales of others they recruit, creating a downline of distributors and a hierarchy of multiple levels of compensation. Other terms for MLM include network marketing,direct selling, and referral marketing.

What do you think of MLM affiliate programs?

I personally rather be responsible for my own affiliate product promotions instead of a team in MLM programs.

Affiliate programs usually have higher commissions or earnings, and I don't have to spend time forming a team with no guarantee if my team of marketeers will work as hard, or make a profit.

Plus, I read in some MLM programs only the few people at the Top makes the most cash while many members at the bottom make little to no profit.
