Have you ever gone back to look through school yearbooks?
I'm meeting up with one of my best friends from high school today for lunch, and she asked me to bring my yearbook. Well, I'm looking through it, and there are messages from guys with the sleaziest things written in there. Were we really all that perverted back then in the 80s???
All teenagers are perverted and edgy lol, doesn't matter what decade! But every once in a while my wife and I look at her yearbooks, we graduated together and I only got a Senior yearbook since I couldn't afford to get one every year because I was poor. I cringe when I look at my old pictures and seeing the fashion from the 00's again lol.
I have yearbooks going as far back as elementary school, but I haven't looked back at them in years. They definitely got more expensive as I got older, so by high school, I only got the one for my senior year. I remember for at least sophomore and junior year, I took different colors of paper and stapled them together to make my own yearbook for my friends and teachers to sign. Not sure if I still have any of them, but I remember my classmates doing it, and I thought it was a great idea, so I went along with it.
