I'm looking for an alternative to YouTube, preferably a site that doesn't reduce a video to crap when encoding it. Any suggestions?

Anything better? Half of those are YouTube mirrors, yet the quality is even worse than YouTube.

Vimeo.com - One of the highest quality ones out there. And yeah it's still free.
