Nice channel! How long did it take to get your first 1000 subscribers? Any tips for new YouTube channels you can share?
Thank you. It took me around a year but the first 6 months I didn't really nail down what I wanted to focus on so it was a bit messy and unorganised. My biggest tip would be to make videos that you would want to watch. What I mean by that is if you were not yourself, would you really watch your own content? If so, you're on the right track.
Another tip is to try and include as many relevant keywords in titles, descriptions and meta data as possible. For example if I'm making a video about how to find a specific item in Call of Duty DMZ, I'll make sure I put like "find x in DMZ quickly" or "easy location for x in DMZ". Make sure that it's searchable. Don't just stuff keywords everywhere. Make it human friendly, not bot friendly.
