Youtube or FLV

Which is better for websites? FLV videos or youtube? I'm talking about possibly having a custom FLV player so no black thing with a play button. :lol:

Youtube is much easier, but if you really want to customize things, make your own FLV player.

If you have copyrighted videos you want to host, Youtube is not very good since YouTube can delete your video because of a copyright claim/infringement.

But, Youtube is better if you want your video to be comment, shared, favourited, easily. Plus, you do not have to worry about using too much bandwidth from people watching your videos too much.

FLV is better if you want customizability.
