Design Quality
[note]========== BEGIN - Design Quality ==========[/note]
The design is pretty decent, but there are a number of issues with it which are common to most phpBB themes, but are also very straightforward to remove. I can give you the CSS to fix these issues if you want me to, just ask.
In short: there isn't enough padding. The letters of forum and topic names are too close to each other, forum names are not centered alongside the icon, and I, personally, find the alternating colors on the list of topics to be distracting. Another issue is the view topic page. The poster info part of each post is way too large. Also, some items, like the user rank and rank image, need to be centered. Finally, I don't think join date is necessary on the post info portion.
I recommend fixing these issues by centering various elements, and adding some padding in CSS. You could, alternatively, choose a new style, but I don't think that's necessary.

Site Statistics
[note]========== BEGIN - Site Statistics ==========[/note]
Your statistics need some work. There are sections which have single digit topics, which looks very bad from the standpoint of a guest. If you can get each of these up to ten topics, it would help a lot. Or, you can do what I do, and edit your skin to only show the number of posts+topics, rather than each individually. It makes the forum look a lot bigger, at no real cost.
In terms of your total statistics, 1000 posts is pretty good, but having less than 10 posts per user is not. The fact that your website was founded 7 months ago makes it seem very inactive, in my opinion.
I will cover some aspects of statistics in the next section: structure.

Poor
Site Structure
[note]========== BEGIN - Site Structure ==========[/note]
Your structure needs some work, in my opinion.
It feels a bit odd to see the General Discussion forum under the first category. Maybe move this to the last category, or to a category of its own?
Some of the latter forums in your central category appear very inactive. I recommend merging these with other forums to make your forum look more active. Also, for consistency, I recommend giving each section a description.

Final Remarks
You need to work on your design, statistics, and structure. Most importantly, though, your site needs to be made active. You need to find new ways of promoting the website, possibly among frequent users of YouTube. Otherwise, the design, structure, etc. won't really matter.
Good luck!
