Before I begin, I'd just like to say that I am not 100% involved with this project (just helping some friends promote), so I'll try my best to answer any questions you may have.

What is the service?

Simply put, YTHelp deals with increasing the viewership of videos from all sorts of YouTubers. More views equal more exposure which in itself will lead to more views. Views are from real people (Majority of traffic will be from social media circles) so everything should work well!

I checked out the website. Just a word of advise, I wouldn't use the site just for the following reasons:

- Blog site (possibly run on blogger or WordPress). A reputable company needs a solid website which is not run on a blog.
- Site is not complete. Your first post is stating exactly this. Never post your website online when under construction, its a big turn off.

Appreciate your comments and concerns, very understandable.

The site utilizes a blog aspect as it's a comfortable area in which the group can relay messages. It feels more personal and the aim of the site is to establish friendly, non-threatening relationships with clients/users. I understand where you are coming from and we definitely will take appearance into consideration if it is a big issue.

The post was not meant to convey this message. The site is not "under construction" per se, what was meant is that features are continually being upgraded and improved upon. Site is functional and it will grow. Sorry for the confusion. If it seems like the site is not completed and bare, I'll admit that it is new and upcoming. We have the essentials there however. It does work.

The URL is still recognized, it just displays like that on the order section. But as long as we receive the proper video ID, then everything is fine.

As I mentioned in the OP, a full refund will be given if for any reasons the views are not received at all. However it is guaranteed that you will get the views.

To be honest, it would really depend on the video. I've seen a few videos dealing with technology/gaming (perhaps about the iPad or high anticipated/popular games) that seem to have a higher correlation between views and likes/favs/subs then regular vlog-style videos, which get nearly nothing other than views.

But of course the interactions are much higher if the video is really well-made and whatnot. We give the helpful push that's needed along the way.
