You know what their response was...we don't offer support for 3rd party services.
Fair enough, they don't have to. But wouldn't it be nice and helpful if they did.
Well, at least I thought so.
Anyway, I have now decided to start up my own hosting business.
I want to show these rival companies what being a web "host" is all about.
The word "host" is used to describe the person who entertains guests.
Now how do you treat guests?! You make them feel at home, you look after them.
That is how I want my hosting business to be. I want my customers to feel at home.
However, I only opened 4 days ago, and haven't got any customers yet.
