First Impressions & Appearance - (Out of 20)
Your forum's design is very plain and simple. While this isn't always a problem, I really feel like I've seen your theme and themes similar to it hundreds of times. I think that a more unique look would sit well with your users and help you stand out from other forums more. The design you currently have looks pretty good, though, despite not being very unique.
Your forum looks very active at a glance. You have a very large amount of posts and members, and I don't see any empty forums on your index. These statistics are great.
Overall, my first impression of your forum was slightly positive, but not extraordinary.

Site Layout - (Out of 20)
Your index runs slightly long, but it is organized well. Honestly, I do not see any obvious ways for you to condense your index. If you can find any ways to condense your index, then that would be very helpful; it would make your forum easier to navigate for your users. However, I do not think that your layout should rank highly on your priority list at the moment.

According to my calculations, your forum receives an average of approximately one hundred posts per day, and you have 158 posts for each of your eight hundred users. That isn't bad at all! Considering that your forum has been around for over three years, I do not think that you have to worry about your forum dying (although you can still expect some slow days now and then). However, you will want to continue your advertisement to ensure that your forum continues to grow. A mass e-mail to your users may be a good idea; in three years, some people may have forgotten that your forum exists.

If I can count, your forum currently employs ten users. That seems to be a decent amount of staff members for your activity level. All of your staff members also appear to be very active on the forum. Your staff members also appear to do a great job of making topics for discussion and making new users feel welcome to the community. I think you have a great staff.

Spelling/Grammar & Professionalism - (Out of 20)
Your descriptions are well-written, descriptive, and lucid. I also see very few grammatical errors. I don't think that I've ever said this in a review yet, but I wouldn't recommend changing your descriptions at all. The quality of your descriptions indicate that you put a great amount of effort into your forum. Well done!
