Organization
You have really good organization. Your board layout is easy to follow and find what I want to talk about. You have a good amount of boards for your activity level and the topics are spread pretty evenly over the boards, with most of your posts being on topic and about technology.
Overall Activity
The overall activity of your forum is pretty good. You have a ratio of ~20 posts per member, which is not fantastic, but not bad either. Try giving your members new topics to discuss and developing new ways to get activity from your current members.
Weaknesses:
Staff to Active Member Ratio
Your staff to active member ratio is horrible. You have 6 staff to what I can see of maybe 20 active members, if that. A lot of the staff are not even active or have not visited the forum in weeks or months. An inactive staff portrays to the members that you guys don't care and that the forum is not going anywhere. Try downsizing your staff to the bare necessities of one or two admins and one or two moderators.
Theme and Appearance
Your theme is the default IPB theme. This, personally, turns me off from joining your forum and possibly being active. An established forum should be able to either have a custom theme made or use an existing premade theme. There are plenty of free IPB themes out that it should not be hard to find one to suit your forum.
Final Remarks:
You have a forum that has great potential if enough care is put into it. Look for a new theme, downsize your staff and find a way to get new and current members active and posting. Best of luck!
