Your Forum Review
First Impressions & Appearance - (Out of 20)
When I viewed your website for the first time I noticed a great design and great layout, I also saw some negative.. I noticed that you cluttered the homepage which isn't really good because this is what people will visit first when going to your forums. I think that you should make the actual board at least longer than it already is, To make the content text in the middle not as squished as it looks right now. I really enjoyed the background image and thought that the actual design and layout goes well together.
Some faults that I saw right away was the banner and logo go off the actual layout design into the background. I also really didn't get why putting the voting buttons on the top of the forums makes it looks more appealing I mean yes people are going to look at it but it just makes the whole design look bad.

Site Layout - (Out of 20)
The main portal offers a bunch of cool features and updates however it also is very squished. I think you can turn your portal into something more unique maybe by making the width a bit longer this would make the centered text easier to read. I really liked how you made sure you don't overwhelm with addons and new features all at once. You equal everything out in this part.
I notice that you have some what a medium size of forum sections I think you could shorten the amount of sections you have by making child forums and combining some sections together. One thing which I didn't get is in the bottom right hand corner there is a monitor telling you how many people are on your forum at the time? Why is this needed if it already lets you see this on the actual forum.
I always love in the Store area to see "Richest Members" I don't know why but this is always been something I enjoyed with a great points system so very nice job adding the Store and adding some more cool features to it.

Statistics and Activity - (Out of 20)
The activity seems as it lacks as you have 94 registered users and I only saw around 3 people on at once, Now this doesn't look good at all to a regular person viewing your forum as activity is one of the things a guest looks at before thinking about registering.
The statistics also lacks a lot as it appears you have had your forum since 2007 which means you have had roughly around 2 years or so to get activity and over that time I understand sometimes you don't but you should of at least gained more active during that time period.

Staff Moderation - (Out of 20)
It seems as you have
WAY to many admins.There is no need for 5-6 admins on really any forum. ForumPromotion only needs 3 to complete what we have here. So something as your forum which isn't bringing in much activity shouldn't need 5-6. I
strongly suggest demoting some to super moderators or just getting rid of some of the staff.

Spelling/Grammar & Professionalism - (Out of 20)
By looking over your forum it seems that you have the spelling in order and use professionalism when needed during announcements. I noticed that you don't have an announcement section on top.. This isn't very professional a suggest/feedback and announcement section is really always needed at the top of the forum so users know where to go for help and or new updates. Other than those two things I really couldn't find any grammar/spelling and or professionalism errors nice job.

There was a lot of sections that could be combined or turned into child boards to shorten the length of the forumhome display.
