Zetaboard Themes to PhpBB Themes/Skins?

Is there anyone out there that would convert a ZB theme to a PhpBB skin for me? Are there any programs?

Re-code it. That's sadly and annoyingly the best solution.

Yep and recoding it will have some loss in the theme functionality depending on how good you are.
