[ZetaBoards] User Group Promotion

I am running ZetaBoards as my forum software!🙂

I was wondering how exactly do I use the user group promotion,
so for example

Noob -> 5 Post -> Member

Just an example, how exactly do I do that?
Like the self promo once a member reaches 5 posts?🙂

Also do i have to use "Titles" ? because I want to let them have
them a certain badge 🙂

No, you don't have to use titles. You can use groups. At the bottom of the group edit page, it should say something like, "promote to:" and, "promote when a member reaches:". Just set select the group you want them to promote to and then enter the amount of posts needed for them to be automatically promoted.
