I hate to sound like a tax collector, but when exactly are you going to complete our current exchange? It’s been over a month now. I’ve already done my end of the deal, but all you’ve been doing so far is logging in and out for some unknown reason. Is there something wrong with my forum?

No, you have every right to be. There's nothing wrong with your forum, but as I explained to the review team I've been busier than I had thought I'd be. Time permitting, I'll start on everyone's exchanges tomorrow, I only had enough time to find and reply to my topic and a few others today. I really am sorry, I never meant for it to drag out this long.
