Appearance (First Impressions): 18/20 When I first saw the forum, I thought "WOW!". The theme is very professional, and looks great with your forum. The thing that I didn't think looked that good, was at the footer of your forum, where you have the banner exchange and affiliates. I think that maybe those things should be in the theme, rather than just on the bottom. I think they would look good before "Powered by phpBB" and with a lot less blank space. I think your banner looks great, but I think it would look better if it is a bit more wider. The blood spatters look great -lol- . I also noticed that you took the time to add a FavIcon. I don't think this will get more people to join, but it makes your forum look a lot better! The last thing that I would suggest (just a small detail) is to change the Registered users color is who's online to something a bit more legible. The grey on grey doesn't make it easy to read.
Layout: 17/20 Your layout is great! All the forums have a good amount of posts in them (minus the Announcements, and the stories) and I think they are all necessary. As for the stories, there isn't many posts in here, mainly because most people don't have time to write out a full story, and post it on the internet. Though I think it is a necessary category, I think you should combine it with "Survive This" since they are both about stories. The other thing that I don't like is the register link at the top. I was never a big fan of these, but some people find it effective. I think if you were to edit the files and add a little blurb to the top of all the pages between the linktree and the content (for just the guests), it would be a bit more effective.
Number Of Members: 10/10 You have a great deal of members for being open for about 50 days. I think there is not a lot of improvement that can be done here: 3+ members a day is incredible.
Number Of Posts (Spam or Otherwise): 10/10 The forum has a lot of posts, and they are spread out over most the forums which is great! I noticed that there were only 18 ( ~eeeek~ ) posts in forum games, which is great (especially if you don't have a lot of bandwidth -lol- ). I would also like to note that a little less than 1/2 of the posts are in the zombie sections. Great job!
Moderation: 10/10 I have seen no spam on your forum, and I think 3 moderators is good for now. You may have to watch out for spam in the free stuff category, since spam bots would love to post there.
Activity: 19/20 You are getting +/-60 posts a day. In addition when I was reviewing, you had a bunch of members online. Great job.
Spelling and Grammar 9/10 Looks good, but I'm sure a grammar freak could find some errors in your moderator's posts. Not much to worry about though.
Suggestions I would say get a wider banner if you wish, and move the affiliates into the theme borders.
