Once I got my situation figured out I went back and posted some there on the old site. The new owner destroyed it and it has to be built up from the ground again. I'm hoping to find some of the old active members to get the site going again. I was able to get a few already and still hoping to find more.

I don't think I've ever seen a zombie forum before, good luck with it. I like the way you initiate and encourage discussion in the survival area.

Well it is up to the administrator to really get a site going. So many forums start with 0 posts and get advertised. My theory is that people come to reply, not start discussion. And only start new discussion once they are enveloped in the community.

Thank you both for the compliments. I actually had another zombie forum months back and they really pile up posts in a hurry.

Well the old forum was passed to a new owner when I had other circumstances in life to take care of. The new owner seemed to drive it into the ground and now the site is dust. I attempted to purchase the old site from the new owner, and even though it was gone, he refused to part with it. Guess he would rather see it dead. I dunno :shrug:

So I purchased a new domain and rebuit it from scratch. It has done much better than the older forum and even a few of the old members found their way back.
