Nice forum! First impression: like the design.
I loved the guest message at the top. You don't know how effective these things are at converting members. I looked over you points and here's a few tweaks I'd recommend.
And I loved the "Register 100% free" button! Excellent way to get visitors' attention.
On your main page the first line of text I notice is the headline: "Welcome to ZoneXbox." I'd recommend you change it to something that better expresses what your forum is really about. To a first time visitor, they what have a clue what a ZoneXbox is (lol is it like the Google XD). Maybe something like "Welcome to the best Xbox enthusiasts club on the web" or whatever. Just thinkin up examples off the top of my head.
Oh and fix this:
I saw the "Follow Us" links at the top of the main page but didn't notice at first at the bottom of the rest of the forum. If you really want members to connect with your forum on these other sites (I highly recommend it) I'd recommend moving the links to the top of the rest of your forum as well.

My first question is: By how much will the advertising be reduced? Is there one less ad block per page or 99% less ads over all. I just think you should be more specific.
Good but too long. I think it could be summed up by saying: "Part of the club: Get insiders access and take part in the discussion."
How will I meet new friends? Via the board, a chat box, a PM system, etc? Example: Meet the gang: Get to know other members and meet new friends using or discussion board and chatbox."
Honestly, to the member, saying "Every once in a while" is like saying "basically never." Be more specific like "in our monthly giveaway" or whatever. You get the idea.
