Your banner at the top isn't wide enough to fit my screen it seems. However, everything else looks great! Nice job!

Your theme is neat and simple, but your banner doesn't fit the forum width. Also the banner doesn't match the theme.

I would suggest placing the General Chat section last because this is mainly a technology forum and the technology sections always go before the general chat section

Your domain name lead to a sub domain. I don't get that. It's probably the hosting fault. I understand.

Very nice quality posts. It's long and detailed good job!
