Pros:
You have GREATLY improved your template. I can't remember exactly what it looked like last time, but I know I commented that I didn't like it. That's no longer true; I'm a big fan of your theme now. Once you get the graphics, it should be great. I really like the Z icons.
Cons:
You still haven't done much to narrow the focus of your forum (or change it to a more general format). I definitely recommend that you either choose gaming or website development/design. I don't see a forum dedicated to gaming, website design, and website development working too well. You'll probably want to choose one or the other. Another reason to choose one or the other is that your index is fairly long. If you want to keep the current forums, you could always turn the website development/design categories into forums and have the current forums under those categories as sub-forums. You said that you wanted to focus on gaming, so I think you'll want to make website design/development into forums with sub-forums or just eliminate them.
It looks like you've made some strides in improving your activity, but you still need to do some more in my opinion. You still have an empty forum, and that can make your forum look inactive to prospective members. See what else you can do about your activity.
