Well, it works. But they sent me an email saying it is required to send them credit card details.

They charge through PayPal, but i got an email after i set up the domain and set it to my host saying they need proof of my credit card within 2 days..

No, that's an option you can choose or decline. Note you have to pay for the hosting.

You can just go to your Control Panel --> Domain Manager --> Click on Domain --> Go to Transfer Option

As for the transfer itself, I have no clue.
