There really isn't a need for one. Or even an non-magnetized screw driver, really. As long as you're awake and use common sense, all should be good.
I agree, just hold your metal case and you will be fine.

It might be more convenient to use an Anti Static wrist strap because you don't need to hold a metal case, and can use both hands without worrying about not being grounded to keep static away from PC parts.

An antistatic strap can be bought for less then 5 dollars, so it is not expensive.
 
I remember when I upgraded my computer. It made a world of difference. I could actually play in Ultra quality on games. It was amazing. I hope you are enjoying your computer.
