This is not right. Activision should be required to buy the domain. Bankofamerica.com sold for $50,000 because someone else bought it first.

They shouldn't have the right to dictate who buys what domain.

No, it's not right. Hobby Zone is not a registered trademark, whereas Callofduty and Call of Duty is. It's ridiculous as to how many people don't know the basic trademark laws, yet run forums. It's potentially dangerous to these webmasters since they don't even know the laws regarding what they're doing.
