Admin Access Worth?

Alright what are your thoughts on how much http://adminaccess.net is worth. (I'm not selling haha)

We have a premium theme worth $50. Good activity for only being open less than a month. Thoughts?

The premium theme will have different view in different minds. Some people might want to continue with the theme and will buy it even for full value. But some others may want to use a different theme and won't provide much value for the theme.

But as ShadyX said, i would say, $25+ for content and $10-$30 for design.
Will make atleast $50+ on whole.

$60-75 simply because of the 'error' in pageranking at the moment all forums and that are going up to pagerank 5 even ones 1 month old, that isnt right so there might be an error at this time so the PR5 wont change anything.
