When I first viewed Admin Ads, I was somewhat frustrated by your portal. If you are going to have a homepage for your forum that isn't the typical forum index, then you need to put a little more work into it. If I was you, I would consider putting money towards integrating WordPress with your MyBB forum. It wouldn't be a bad idea to have a webmaster blog set up like the one that Forum Promotion has. I know that's not the most original suggestion in the world, but if you have the time for make unique content, then a blog can definitely help you with your SEO. Until then, it wouldn't be a bad idea to get rid of the portal altogether. At the moment, it doesn't benefit your forum at all.
Next, I'd recommend that you change the "New Points" menu button to the name of your forum currency. The members of your forum could care less about the name of the points addon you are using, so there's no reason to prominently display it like that. Furthermore, you should be consistent with the capitalization of your menu buttons. For example, you have "Forum rules," "New Posts," and "Todays Posts." If you are going to capitalize the first letter of everything, then do it for all of your menu buttons. "Forum rules" should be "Forum Rules." Finally, I recommend that you match your logo and your favicon. I'm glad that you took the time to add a favicon to your forum, considering many webmasters fail to do this. Still, you currently have a unique icon in your logo that I find appealing, and I think you should work on utilizing this icon more throughout your forum. This icon should your favicon, your default avatar, and more. You should have it displayed on all of your advertisement images. Other than those small details, I'm more than content with what your forum offers. Your forum's theme is different than the themes that I am accustomed to, but I still find it appealing. The gaussian blur background of nature is icing on the cake. I think you have done an excellent job as far as that is concerned.

Your forum currently has nineteen boards in five categories. You have chosen to take a different approach with your board layout, compared to the typical promotion forum setup. A large portion of these boards is taken up by the services that your forum offers, and this is something that is expected from a promotion forum. You currently have five different services, and some of them are clearly more popular than others. I realize that you tried to come up with a unique idea with your mystery spammer service, but I would recommend that you get rid of it if it's not being used. There's nothing wrong with introducing something completely new, but if the service doesn't work, there is a time when you need to consider moving on. Considering there hasn't been a post in that board in over a month, it doesn't seem like it's being used.
As far as your discussion forums go, the staff team is doing a good job making sure all the boards are constantly being updated with new content. Nearly all of the boards have been posted in either today or yesterday, and that's awesome. Usually, this is something that I need to suggest in my reviews, but you already have it down pat. I suggest that you continue motivating your staff members to participate in discussions across the forum. If staff members are doing it, supportive members will try their best to follow the lead. Remember to be consistent with your capitalization, as I see unnecessary capitalization in a couple board descriptions. Finally, I recommend being consistent with your usage of "&" or "and." You should try to use one or the other. Don't attempt to use both. Random inconsistencies like that take away from your forum's professionalism.

Spelling & Professionalism

Spelling and professionalism is one area where your forum is definitely not strong. First of all, the very first board on your forum is called "Ads that gets viewed!" Unless I am somehow mistaken, this is grammatically incorrect. It needs to be "Ads that get viewed!" Honestly, I would be more keen on changing the name to something shorter anyways though. A board name along the lines of "Premium Advertisement Board" would work just fine, and it would look a little bit neater.
I also recommend that you work on writing more extensive board descriptions. The current board descriptions are short and they appear to have been quickly written. Don't be afraid to spend a little bit of time on making them neat and concise. For example, the service boards could definitely be explained better in the description. Members should get a general idea of what the mystery spammer service is by just reading the board description. Honestly, there are tons of small mistakes in your board descriptions, whether it's grammar, capitalization, punctuation, etc. I recommend that you go through and correct these mistakes. More webmasters will take your forum seriously if you make this change.

Final Remarks
Admin Ads is a respectable promotion forum that is becoming more and more prevalent as the days go by. The forum has been around for nearly a year now, and you have done an excellent job establishing a member base to support it. Still, I believe you need to work on taking care of the little things (such as professionalism), so more webmasters will seriously consider promoting their websites on your forum.
