Wonder how that works if you're in the USA, as far as payment would go. It would be very nice to get paid for posting the ad regardless of any clicks on it.

We never got either accepted or rejected and i think efc emailed them but they still haven't done anything.

Yeah i think that means it is still waiting to be accepted.
I've found Money4Banners to be a great ad service. They accepted me quickly, and send me my money every month. Their ads don't even need to be clicked.
They pay you 10 GBP per month, which converts to about $19.19 USD.
I don't use adbrite because I've heard they have frequent adult ads. ~neutral~
I'll have to sign up for Bidvertiser soon. Fowler, do you have a Bidvertiser affiliate link?

For those of you using this with PHP where did you place your ads ? From what I understand you have to place them on 3 pages ?
Usually I just place the ad in the overall_header.php file but I'm scared that that's not enough.

Have you had to specify 3 pages to show the ads? I think that you need to choose the pages when signing up...
One of the pages we chose when signing up was the whos online page so we just edited the template for the who's online page and posted the code the give us.
