I'd like to add http://www.buysellads.com/ to the list. It's very high class, you don't need to worry about getting "clicks" and the sort. Only issue is they don't take just anyone (you should have 100,000+ page views a month for example).

They pay well though, some ad slots are going for $380 monthly (and selling mind you).

I Just signed up for Google Adsense again. Going to see how long it takes before they shut me down again for no reason at all.

2 days of running and I've already generated over $5.00. Anything earned over the forum server expenses are going to be donated to Plant A Fish so that gives users an incentive to click an ad every now and then. I've been careful not to say "Hey click my ads" though, LoL.

One thing I know about google adsense is that your not really allowed to open multiple accounts so just be careful.
