Idea : 7/10
I like what your doing with your website, I see that it has some really nice design,etc. But the point is that, if your thinking long term, you doing all that work is not going to cut it and you will need some sort of script. What I suggest is that you find a script or get one made that will help you for the future of your website.
Design : 6/10
I have to admit your website's design is pretty decent but then again it is quite irrelevant to the main topic of the website. If I am correct, your website is about people voting a specific website to get voted per month sort of like Site of the Month on FP but the person doesn't really have to submit their site.
Layout : 7/10
I like how everything is sort out as of now, but in long term, as I said before I prefer you get a script that will help you and make it easier for you to handle.
Spelling/Grammar 8/10
I see that your "About page" has some great grammar and that is good, It's always good to have great grammar on your website, so high five for that.
Final Remarks : 29/40 73%
I think your website is still new and could be evolved into something really special, just keep working on it and it could be something really good.
P.S : Get a script in the future 😛

I agree with what others had said. Also, maybe more information on how to vote and..
a quick suggestion I would is that switch to a free content management system like drupal or wordpress, your site will automatically start looking professional.
and a quick update you should do is that on your "About Us" page it says 'The blue palytpus' which I think should be 'The blue platypus'.

Remove that shadow of 'The web directory'.
For me it seems so awful.
I don't know what is the meaning of that background with the web directory.
It is better to write 'Choose a category you prefer'.
The voting should be replaced with follow us, G+ us and Tweet us.
Also, the design on the left has nothing to do with the design of the page and it is so clear that someone just copy pasted a widget. REMOVE IT or change the design of the entire website so it fits to that widget.
And this is just the front page!!! I didn't see anything I was attracted.
When clicking on a category, the most awful thing of all: THE <li> DOTS at the left.
Overall: Horrendous design, copy pasted widgets that have nothing to do with the design. The title is horrendous, change it to make it clearer, not elegant.
'Enter feature hasnt been added yet.'???? Don't show your weakness, just show off as you don't have an enter feature on purpose.
