Ask PGen98

Which one did you enjoy the most? I live in Scotland (absolutely freezing today) and sometimes fancy a move to Florida (I love it there but then again I am one of 'those' Disney adults)

I enjoyed Texas, charming people, but politically it's not an option for someone like me, same would be true of Florida.

I have heard good things and bad about Florida, definitely would be good for Disney, then again, so would California😉

Yeah some of the stuff you hear going on in Teaxs is quite scary. I get what you mean for Florida as well and as a gay guy myself its part of what puts me off looking further into actually being able to move there one day.

If you were making a new friend, meeting someone new, picking a work colleague what type of person would you say you 'typically clicked' with?

Yep, Florida is a tough sell for anyone in the LGBTQ+ community. There are pockets there where the community is strong and you'd be safe, but there's also a lot where...eek.

I don't really have a specific type of person I click with, I'm pretty open to meeting and getting to know just about anyone, honestly. People only lose me when they give me reason to move away from them.

It certainly is, which is a shame as actually everywhere I've been in Florida has been really really nice, but as your rightly say there are areas where it can make your blood run cold.

Would you say you are more of an introverted person or extroverted?

Very much so, there are some truly horrifying places where you sure don't want to be stranded.
Would you say you are more of an introverted person or extroverted?
In person I'm an introvert, I have social anxiety disorders, so the "real" me only comes out when I really get to know someone. One, though, I'm pretty extroverted, it's quite a strange contrast, lol.

I get the whole extrovert and introvert thing because I'm a bit like that myself.

If you got to meet your idol/hero for just 5 minutes what do you think you would ask them?

I don't really have an idol or hero, per se, so I guess nothing? 😉

Ah I see! Brave but good for you!

If money and travel was no object where would you live and in what sort of house?

I'd live somewhere quiet in a fairly normal house, nothing special. I don't really want a lavish life, just a simple one.

I knew of FP for a number of years and lurked, but didn't join until 2021, not really sure why I waited so long, I guess I just waited until I felt I had something to contribute.

Who was the first person on here that you would consider a ‘friend’ or someone you were a bit closer to?

When I first joined I "knew" a few people from various other places,so I'm not sure who I was closest to, but I certainly got to know and became good friends with a lot of people thanks to FP
