How much water do you drink?
I don't really keep tabs. I have a refillable insulated cup and I go through several of those sized cups of water per-day. Definitely have to stay hydrated!

If you could spend all day with a famous person ( past or present ) who would it be and why?
I'm happy living where I live right now, it's a very nice area. Ideally, though, I'd move back to the UK and live somewhere in the countryside, nice and quiet.
Wow, that's a tough one. I don't really idolize celebrities too much, but I'd likely say J.R.R. Tolkien, because I'd love to sit and pick his brain!
I don't really know how to answer that...it's like living in any different area from where you were born. The UK is a varied landscape, and so is the US. Phoenix is the compete opposite of anywhere in the UK.

That would be my Medtronic MiniMed 670G insulin pump, and quite literally for the fact that it keeps me alive 🙂

I suppose bungee jumping, as there are slightly fewer sharks involved
I always wanted to learn Python properly, but never did, so definitely Python!
Fish, because I used to be obsessed with fish and chips, but one day when I was about 5 or 6-ish, my mother took me to a new place that had just opened where we lived and when we got home with our order and unrapped it, my order (and it was literally just my order) was some sort of steamed whole fish instead of the usual fish and chips, so 5-6 year old me got a whole fish with a face. That put me off forever. 😀

Proper Lo Mein is delicious, never got a flare for Japanese food. Except ramen.
