It's more like my own brain punishing me, it's hard to explain and a little too graphic, but...it's unpleasant!

I'd like to be living my life as myself, properly.
Nope, never have, sadly.
About 9pm on a Saturday, it's when "my" time starts. Free from caregiving, able to be myself.
