I hate answering this because it sounds made up, but my earliest memory is christmas day when I was 3 or 4, my dad and mother were separated, he came to visit, and he was supposed to bring my sister a bike for Christmas. He didn't, because he'd blown his money on stupid things, and so he and my mother fought and then he walked out. I have the clearest picture of him walking away down the street as I cried and begged for him to come back. It would be a few years before I realized what a terrible person he was...
