I'd have been disappointed if it wasn't the extended editions!

How do you think the hobbit compares?

They're alright, but not nearly as "epic" as LotR, if that makes sense. Too many liberties taken, and while the story is good, it's just not quite what LotR was.

I agree, perfectly fine and re-watchable films but lack that 'epic' scale of LotR.

What have you done today?

Had an appointment with my nutritionist (...part of my dysthymia coping symptoms include turning to food for endorphins, we're working on ways to remove that trigger and replace any bad foods with better ones, since my brain 'switches off' during a dysthymic episode), fed my mother her breakfast and checked up on various forums. 🙂

Sounds like a productive day!

Are you more hungry or thirsty right now?

If you could unwatch one film and gain that time back in your life what would it be?

If you had £100 to spend in a cake shop what would you buy?
I'm not a big cake fan, so pastries galore! Sticky buns, etc. When I lived in Bristol I used to live near a bakery called Mt Stevens, they sold a bun called a Congo bun, it was an Iced bun with currants in it, absolutely delicious! I'd have those recreated and buy lots of them, too

What did you last watch on tv?
I haven't watched over-the-air TV in at least 15 years, maybe more, so technically nothing. In terms of streaming, the last thing I watched was episode one of A Gentleman in Moscow, very nice.

Do you prefer Netflix or prime video?
I Prime Video, I haven't used Netflix in a few years at this point. Paramount+ was gifted to me, so I'm enjoying that while I can 🙂
