Cry. It sounds simplistic, but crying to a good song you relate to really helps to balance you out. It's "you" time, where you just disappear for a few minutes and unload so much pain, sorrow, hurt...let it out. It doesn't work always, depression is a challenging monster, but it does work a decent amount of the time.
 
Can you teach me how to make paper airplanes? Everyone made fun of me in school because I couldn't do it. XD

Of course! A couple of very simple folds in a nice, strong paper and you're off!
