There's are a couple of small ma and pop shops around that I like that I would pick, one's a breakfast place and one's a pizza place, because...ya' know...carbs...lol

That's easy, you can make literally any cake, just replace the egg with applesauce or plain greek yogurt and adjust accordingly.

Just adjust the sugar levels down a bit in the recipe and it counters that sweetness
