Hopefully I would end up a better person in a better place, but I would essentially be the same me.

I prefer white bread, but in the US I like a sourdough. The white bread here lacks so much substance and is so packed with sugars, lol.

When I was about 6 or 7 I witness a car full of people in masks pull up in front of a jewelry store and smash in the windows. They didn't take anything, they just smashed the windows, got back in the car and drove off. Scariest thing I'd seen, but definitely something that would have gone viral if it had been caught on video.

Now it doesn't at all because I have nothing to do with social media, but before it had a negative impact on my mental health because it was a toxic place full of people looking to bring you down for any reason at all. Life is better away from those kinds of places

I have a bad habit when I'm suffering from a bout of depression that my brain shuts off and I reach for junk foods to get a release of endorphins. It lasts for minutes and then I feel awful about what I've done...a hate cycle. I want to stop it, but even my therapists are having a hard time finding solutions.

They won't talk to me, I have reached out, but the the same courtesy has not been extended
