Infrequently these days. Though I am trying to fix my mental health a bit to try and get over the social anxiety hurdles. Since I quit my job nearly a decade ago I've become extremely introverted and I realize how unhealthy that is for me, so...I'm trying to fix certain parts of that.

I actually hate spam. I find it so disgusting that I avoid touching it directly when I serve it to my kids. 😛Everyone loves spam.
