Truth be told, just get yourself a proper host. Forums like ''TheSuperDuperCoolOmgGamerZone.createbb.com'' never really get popular anyway.

Or you could use Zetaboards, ForuMotion, or CreateBB

Never use:
- Any free phpBB3 hosting
- Proboards

I haven't used any free hosts in ages so I don't know which one is good. I used Forumotion for my first forum but they are not very good and I recommend getting a paid host because they are a lot more reliable. If you really need a free host, you could try Zetaboards. I haven't used them befpore but heard some good things about them.
