Best Software for a General Discussion Forum?

I disagree, well kind of. vBulletin 5 isn't great, but some of the old versions of vBulletin are great.

If you are looking for a nice free software, I would suggest Mybb or Phpbb. I've used SMF in the past and I was kind of drawn away from it due to the lack of development.

Yeah I Just found a nice mybb theme, So ill go with mybb. 🙂
