Bombs at Boston Marathon on Patriot Day

Just to update everyone.

- There was a shooting at MIT in Cambridge last night
- Police responded and it lead to a chase to a town called Watertown
- One suspect was shot and taken to hospital. He later died. Suspect is 26 year old Tamerian Tsarnaev
- Second suspect is still at large; most of Boston is on lock-down until they find the 19 year old Dzhokhar Tsarnaev

Both brothers are originally from the Russian Caucus and then later moved to Kazakhstan. They have lived in the U.S. for a few years now.

I heard about the shooting, This is so sad to have this much corruption going on in the world. Sorrows go out to all broken families.

I don't think he deserves to live for harming all those people 🙁

Even so he's a U.S. citizen so he would need to go through a terrorist trial.

This was an awful tragedy and my heart goes out to all those involved. Fortunately, the good people of Boston helped out by providing homes, food, and warmth to those without during this. Great to see everyone work together to help one another. Gives a sort of faith in us. Also glad they caught one of the culprits of the act of terror alive as well.

When the cops arrested the youngest of the 2 bombers they didn't even read him his Miranda Rights. Technically by law all his charges should be dropped, but they didn't and charged him with "intent to harm, using weapons of mass destruction, and man slaughter."

They only need to read you the miranda warning if they plan on interrogating you. They end up reading him his rights but not right away because it was a public safety exemption.
