Yeah, I do. I didn't when I was younger, and it really bit me later on in life. The loans and credit card debt hurt you far more later on than they typically help you.
I am always on a constant budget. I avoid debt with a 100-foot pole like I would a snake. Debt is never worth it in the long or short term this is why I avoid getting a credit card, even though building credit is a "good" thing to people. I rather not be tempted or get in debt for any reason whatsoever. If I can't afford it I shouldn't have it I should only being able to afford things at the time I have the money front and center. Money isn't grown on trees so you shouldn't treated as if it was.
