Care to give a gander now? I've done a lot to it.

Theme is still dark and a little harsh on the eyes. I'm assuming that's due to the the,e, but I also know that Manga is also very colourful.

May be a bit annoying but the first impression counts. As opposed to members having to strain to read content, you'd be better off making everything as neat as possible, which would include raising the colour up slightly.
