If this is all you know then you need to do some more research. When it comes to coding all developers have a signature way of doing things. That is why there are similarities as the Xf developers used to work at vb. vb and Xf are far, far apart and I only see it as vb being annoyed that they managed to do what they themselves couldn't. If you make a new invention and someone makes a copy of that, won't you be pissed? If vB can claim that what is used in XF was either:
A. A copy of what vB had.
B. A copy of what vB had planned (stolen from VB when developers left)
then XF should not exist.
