It really depends on how you plan to use your computer. If you want portability then pick laptop, if you want performance then go with the desktop 😀

Laptop, they're more portable and I find them more comfortable. 🙂

These days things are getting more portable ive noticed, People would rather have a mobile or something portable. This is what i have noticed and what I would also prefer.

Just bought gta iv It lags on my brother s desktop pc so its un playable but on my laptop it runs smoothly. Proves that these days laptops can be just as good I also ran A new pc game which only ran smoothly on my system.

Didn't think A medium end game would run. Interested in trying a high end game like gta v whenever it makes it's way to pc.

I prefer desktop but honestly I use my laptop more often just because it's in my room. Desktops are great because you can swap in a upgrade and generally are better for gaming. Laptops are great for different reasons like the portability that some mentioned.

My laptop is also good for most games. It plays GTA IV will but my brothers desktop lags that it makes it un-playable.

These days laptops are just as powerful and mynes classed as a ultra-thin-book.

As I said before laptops are ok for gaming, Why does myne run gta iv?

Maybe some of the replyers were thinking about super high quality games like Crysis 2 in Ultra graphics mode, or Battlefield 4 in High video settings where even many desktop computers can't run Crysis 2 in Ultra video quality settings.

I haven't tried those games yet but I have tried saints row iv which runs fawless on the machine. I see laptops getting more powerful comparing to the old xp ones.

Many laptops do have dedicated graphics or decent integrated graphics, so some gaming is possible on them.

The AMD APU A10 graphics on laptops are pretty good for many types of games, but older Intel Integrated graphics may not be as good.

I haven't had a desktop in aaaages. So I have to go with a laptop. Plus I can take it anywhere I go. I don't really do that, but I love having that option; you know, just in case.

In many newer laptops gaming is more of a option, Say the old laptops they where slow and couldn't do much besides internet work.

I have a Desktop and a Laptop too , now I work on laptop , when I want to play a game , I use the desktop.

On Monday, I was so close to buying a laptop. I've never owned a laptop so it would be really cool to have. Will have to wait awhile.
