What kind of changes and stuff should we do?
I am being serious for a moment. This forum started out so great, and just...died out with the users. What can we do to change and make it better on this forum? What do you all suggest and want...? I wish add-ons were not so expensive.

A new skin/theme maybe in the works. I am gonna go through the paid ones and free ones, then go from there. I think maybe giving it a fresh coat of paint could work too. Add-ons and stuff may need to wait too especially paid stuff.
I am also going to see about a reaction revamp on the forum. Added a few new add-ons the other day and they are listed down below.

I'll approve mostly anything on this link directory! I will never remove your link directory even if we may disagree or have different views. DB is a website for EVERYONE with varying views, respectable takes, and opinions on things. We do not need to all agree on everything. If we did, life would be so boring.

The name of this theme is hilarious. Anyways, I can't wait to see the CMS feature being implemented on your forum! It's not often you see a General Chat forum adding a CMS alongside their community. 🙂I ended up changing it just in case anyone did end up being offended and then saw the theme and what it was. Yes, it's true about that. Should be fun times ahead.
I added an option for users to request their account be deleted. You will have a week to change your mind and be able to cancel the request. You get an email a few days or so before the account is deleted too.
- Email is removed
- Avatar is removed
- Personal details removed
- Privacy settings set to nobody
- Randomized username (Deleted member 001 as an example)
A reason is not required and the option is disabled to provide a reason. Your choice to delete your account!
My dummy account Morty requested a deletion and his account was set to be deleted in 7 days from now:
I logged back in and cancelled it with my same user and password! Easy, right? 7 days to change your mind.

We need more thoughtful and encouraging posters/posts in Mental & Physical Health! Are you willing to contribute replies and/or threads? Maybe overtime I can add you as the sole moderator there!
I am considering introducing sectional mods to DB. Wanna be a mod, but not of the entire forum? You can if you want to. You will still be able to contribute and give your views/thoughts on stuff and change or add rules to your 'home forum' etc. Going back to the old days of forums here. Not everybody has to be a global mod if they don't wish to.
We'd love to see you help out DB by posting in areas that could use help! I understand mental and physical health are touchy subjects and all.
